Returns Made Easy
We work with a variety of fashion brands, and each brand has its own return policy. That means the return process can differ slightly depending on what you've ordered. But don't worry: we will guide you through it.
If you'd like to return something, just drop us a message at contact@needitfortonight.com. Our team will:
- Let you know your return options (store drop-off, courier, post)
- Confirm timelines and refund details
- Help you handle any paperwork if needed.
Changed Your Mind?
You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do this, simply:
- Email us at contact@needitfortonight.com with your name and order number
- Return your item(s) within 14 days of cancellation
You'll get a full refund (excluding delivery costs), but you may need to cover the return shipping unless the brand offers free returns.
Trying on items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you're welcome to try on clothing at home to check the fit, style and quality, just as you would in a shop.
Please note that our returns policy is intended to allow customers to inspect items, not to use them. Clothing must not be worn for events, meetings, holidays, special occasions or any other extended use before being returned.
Items should be returned in their original condition this includes any boxes the items come in, with all tags attached and free from signs of wear, washing, perfumes, deodorant, makeup, pet hair or damage.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds where returned items are not in a condition suitable for resale as new.
