Returns Made Easy

We work with a variety of fashion brands, and each brand has its own return policy. That means the return process can differ slightly depending on what you've ordered. But don't worry: we will guide you through it.

If you'd like to return something, just drop us a message at team@nift.london. Our team will:

1. Let you know your return options (store drop-off, courier, post)
2. Confirm timelines and refund details
3. Help you handle any paperwork if needed.

Changed Your Mind?

You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your order.

To do this, simply:

1. Email us at team@nift.london with your name and order number
2. Return your item(s) within 14 days of cancellation

You'll get a full refund (excluding delivery costs), but you may need to cover the return shipping unless the brand offers free returns.
